By accessing or using PhysiqueCoach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by PhysiqueCoach.
PhysiqueCoach is an AI-powered fitness coaching web application that provides personalized exercise programming, daily check-in tracking, nutritional guidance, recovery scoring, and coaching interaction based on the information you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence — specifically large language model technology — to generate coaching content, exercise programs, and nutritional recommendations.
The Service is designed for use by generally healthy adults seeking fitness guidance. It is not a medical service, clinical tool, or substitute for professional medical care.

PhysiqueCoach provides fitness coaching content for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service creates a physician-patient or any other professional relationship.
Always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, making changes to your diet, or altering any existing medical treatment — particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns.
The coaching content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may not account for your complete medical history, individual physiological characteristics, or changing health status. AI-generated recommendations:

YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND PARTICIPATION IN ANY FITNESS PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MUSCLE STRAIN, JOINT INJURY, CARDIOVASCULAR EVENTS, AND OTHER PHYSICAL INJURY OR ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES. THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK APPLIES WHETHER OR NOT THE INJURY OR OUTCOME RESULTS FROM FOLLOWING AI-GENERATED COACHING CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Fitness tracking and goal-oriented coaching tools can in some cases contribute to unhealthy relationships with exercise, food, or body image. If you experience anxiety, distress, or compulsive behavior in connection with use of the Service, we encourage you to pause use and speak with a qualified mental health professional. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the limitations in this Section 4, and that you are voluntarily choosing to use PhysiqueCoach for fitness guidance with full awareness of these limitations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. Plans and Pricing (all prices in USD):
Reverse Free Trial: New users receive 7 days of full Diamond-tier access at no charge. After 7 days your account automatically converts to the plan selected at signup and your payment method will be charged. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Billing: Payment processed through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation: Cancel any time through account settings. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Contact support@physiquecoach.app for billing questions. Refund policy subject to update before public launch.
Price Changes: At least 30 days advance notice of any price changes.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the coaching system, AI prompt architecture, programming logic, interface design, branding, and all coaching content generated by the Service — are owned by PhysiqueCoach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its output without our express written permission.
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude large language model to generate coaching responses, exercise programs, and nutritional guidance. Your coaching messages, profile data, and contextual information are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API-submitted data to train its models.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of any AI-generated coaching content for your individual circumstances. You use all AI-generated content at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHYSIQUECOACH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOST PROFITS — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PhysiqueCoach and its officers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any injury you sustain as a result of following AI-generated coaching content; or (e) any inaccurate information you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Dispute resolution terms subject to update before public launch following attorney review.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PhysiqueCoach regarding the Service.
We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
